Ben Geist is Camden's resident lawn mowing and gardening expert, with an energetic drive and passion to present your property in its best light.

Ben Geist

Operations Manager

Ben looks after the day-to-day operations to make sure your lawns and gardens are cared for on schedule and with attention to detail. He personally completes all quotes, managers all the large gardening projects and you'll even see him behind the mowers or on the hedger.

Mel Geist

Office Manager

Mel keeps the invoices and accounts in check, whilst also raising their 3 gorgeous children. She is the "organiser" keeping Ben and the team on track and making sure that everyone receives regular communication.

Vision For The Future

Utopian Lawns & Gardens was founded in 2021, as the Sole Trader business Ben had been running for 10+ years had outgrown the "Small" business model.

The growth in the Camden & Wollondilly LGA's has seen the addition of tens of thousands of new homes, and tens of thousands new lawns and gardens to care for. On the back of this growth our, small sole trader business grew from around 45 regular customer to over 100 in less than 2 years. It was time to take the plunge and register as a Pty Ltd Company to enable us to continue growing the business and expand our range of service.

In the past 12 months we have added a team of staff and sub-contractors, who enable us to get the jobs done. We currently have the capacity to mow around 35 lawns per day. In March, we also invested in a large mowing trailer and a zero-turn ride-on mower to allow us to service large acreage style properties, which is an area we are now focused on growing.

Since May, we have also partnered with 5 local real estate agencies to provide fast and cost effective Garden Make-overs for those wanting to sell their homes, but whose lawns & gardens are a little worse for wear. Some of the properties we have worked on have recently sold for street/suburb records.

Our vision is to continue to grow our mowing and gradening care in the local Macarhur areas (Camden, Wollondilly, Campbelltown) and build more working relationships with agents and possibly even landscape companies to provide regular lawn and garden care for their clients as well.

We plan to introduce a *NEW* subscription Lawn & Garden service within the next few months, to balance out the cost of yard maintenance into easy to manage weekly/fortnightly payments.
